Absolute Zero-Knowledge Document Privacy:We believe your private files are none of our business. Bloo Docs is engineered as a **front-end utility**. This means all document uploads, signature extractions, coordinates placements, and file compilation tasks happen strictly inside your browser thread. No document is ever sent to or processed by our servers.
Technical Security Specification:
  • Processing Engine: Client-side browser runtime compiler libraries (pdf-lib and pdfjs-dist).
  • Storage Architecture: Zero server-side file hosting or database caching. Temporary working directories utilize local browser-sandboxed IndexedDB instances.
  • Signature Vectors: User signature graphics remain locally stored as isolated image data formats inside sandboxed browser memory space.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, view, monitor, or store:

  • PDF documents, agreements, or files uploaded to the workspace.
  • Signature drawing strokes, typed fonts, or raw uploaded signature image files.
  • Personal names, email addresses, or transaction contents typed inside the editor.

2. Data Stored Locally (Browser Local Storage)

To improve your user experience and save time, some information is stored locally inside your browser's sandboxed local storage (`localStorage`):

  • **Signature Templates**: Up to 5 of your recently created signature images are saved locally to allow drag-and-drop reuse in future visits.
  • **Workspace History Log**: A local record of documents you have compiled (file name, file size, signing timestamp).

This data remains strictly on your device. You can purge all of this data instantly at any time by clearing your browser cache and site data.

3. Information We Collect (Anonymized Telemetry & Ad Cookies)

To monitor platform performance and fund the free signing tier through advertisements, we utilize third-party cookies, edge metrics, and tracking scripts:

  • **Ad Networks (e.g. Google AdSense)**: Third-party advertisers utilize cookies, device identifiers, and IP locations to serve targeted advertisements during compilation stages. These trackers help serve relevant ads and prevent fraud.
  • **Server Metrics & CDN Hosting**: Anonymized IP addresses, country regions, page requests, and browser types are logged by our hosting edge CDN (Vercel) to monitor operational health and prevent cyberattacks.

Under international privacy frameworks (including GDPR, CCPA, and South Africa/Botswana POPIA regulations), you have rights regarding your personal identifiers:
