Terms of Service

Client-Side Document Processing Guarantee:Unlike traditional e-signing tools, Bloo Docs processes your files **100% client-side** in your browser memory. We never transmit, store, read, or host your PDF documents or signatures on our servers. This design guarantees privacy, but means you are solely responsible for archiving your compiled PDFs.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Bloo Docs ("the Service"), a product owned and operated by Bloosun ("we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Electronic Signing and Consent

The Service facilitates the signing of electronic documents under global e-signature acts, including but not limited to:

  • The United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (**ESIGN**)
  • The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (**UETA**)
  • The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (**ECT Act**) and related regional regulations.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that: (i) all signing parties consent to execute agreements electronically, (ii) the documents signed are legally permissible for electronic signature in your governing jurisdiction (e.g., wills, trusts, and court orders often require wet-ink signatures), and (iii) the signature layout matches your local legal rules.

3. Privacy & Zero Document Storage

We do not upload or store your document contents or signatures. All canvas interactions, pixel threshold adjustments, and rendering calculations occur inside your browser session sandbox. Signature assets stored in your Dashboard are saved purely in your browser's local storage cache (`localStorage`) and will be purged if you clear your browser cache.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND COURT-ADMISSIBILITY OF SIGNED DOCUMENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BLOOSUN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSECTORIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising out of your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, document disputes, contract disputes, business interruptions, or transaction failures.

6. Ad-Supported Model

The Service is provided to you free of charge in exchange for the display of advertisements. You acknowledge that we use third-party advertising networks to serve advertisements during the PDF compile process, and that these advertisers may collect browser telemetry as governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Botswana, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gaborone, Botswana.
